AMADA Optics Laser Machine FO-3015 is a laser processing machine with high speed and high accuracy. With a 4Kw Head capable of laser cutting 20mm mild steel, capable of running at 20mtrs/min and taking sheet sizes of 3mtr x1.5mtr.

Our wealth of in house technical and engineering knowledge means that we have more expertise than most in being able to advise clients on the enormous possibilities available by using the accuracy and flexibility of the laser cutting processing.

• In comparison with punching, laser cutting gives a superior edge finish that requires no de-burring or finishing.
• Laser Cutting allows greater intricate detail, etching & marking are all possible.
• Laser Cutting can cut complex shapes and tapping holes in plate and tube sections.
• Speed of Laser Cutting is comparable or faster than other profile cutting methods.
• Localised heat distortion is reduced by Laser Cutting
• A polished edge finish can be achieved on stainless steel using a nitrogen assist gas.
